Our founders are both from the country.
Michael Stout and his family are from the land in the Riverina, NSW. Michael began his career as an agronomist and successfully owned a number of small businesses. A decade ago, Michael saw an opportunity to offer post purchase rural tax depreciation reports to assist landowners purchasing rural properties maximise their return on their properties. It was a service that was relatively unknown and under utilized at the time and rural landowners were missing out on significant tax deductions.
Michael teamed up with quantity surveyor and registered tax agent, Zac Gleeson from the Darling Downs in QLD. Zac is highly experienced and knowledgeable in rural improvements and maximises each available deduction in every rural depreciation tax report.
For over a decade now, Michael, Zac, and their team have assisted thousands of rural property owners in claiming tax depreciation on the infrastructure assets on the rural properties that they have purchased. Often resulting in hundreds of thousands, if not millions, of tax deductions against their properties. They now have 46 direct service locations across the country and have assisted clients in every state and territory across Australia.
